MOFTEC Notice No.10, 2003

The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (MOFTEC) announced on Mar.19, 2002 in its
notice that China would make anti-dumping probe into the import of three kinds of styrene- butadiene rubber (SBR) originally produced in the Russia, Japan and The Republic of Korea. The products-investigated are listed as 40021911, 40021912 and 40021919 in the Custom Import Tariff of the Peoples Republic of China.

Since this case is special, MOFTEC decided under Article 26 of the ??Antidumping Rules of the Peoples Republic of China?· that the investigation on this case will be prolonged for another 6 months up to Sep.19,2003.
