Hong Kong Sunlight Group Investing 100 million RMB in a Project Qiqihaer

The first Hong Kong-invested project with over 100-million-RMB investment in Qiqihaer in 2004 was recently finalized in the city's Jianhua District.

This project was jointly contracted by Hong Kong Sunlight Group and Qiqihaer's Boyuan New Wall Material Co., Ltd. The former will earmark 150 million RMB for co-building a “Rastra” new building material plant in Gaotao Village, Jianhua Town. In particular, the phase one project with 50 million RMB in investment will shortly be initiated. The whole project is expected to be completed for production in 2005.
