Guangdong Hong Kong Logistics Agreement Expected in April

According to reliable sources, Guangdong province is currently exploring the possibility of logistic cooperation including the coordination of logistic facilities and the mechanism for logistic complementation with the HK SAR. The two sides will also decide on the supportive policies accorded by Guangdong. The relevant framework agreement has already been signed and the formal papers will come out in April. Parties concerned maintained that under the CEPA framework, a new round of HK-Guangdong cooperation is in the offing and the service sector will possibly be the first area to see breakthroughs. The cooperation between Hong Kong and Guangdong in culture, economy and social affairs perfectly echoes the advent of an economic integration era.
